Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Aaley (aaley.ai), operated by its founder (“Aaley”, “we”, “us”), and the company or organisation that signs up for Aaley (“the Customer”, “you”). They also apply to each person the Customer invites to use Aaley (“members”). By creating an account or using Aaley, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. The details of the operating company will be published on this page when the company is registered.
1. The service
Aaley is an AI operator for business teams. It connects to work accounts the Customer chooses, such as Google Workspace, Slack and help desk tools, reads business information to answer questions and carry out tasks, learns procedures your team teaches it, and proposes actions for a person to review. Features available to you may depend on your plan and on which integrations are offered at the time.
2. Accounts and members
- You must give accurate information and keep sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.
- Owners and administrators decide who is invited, what role each member has and which accounts and actions Aaley may use. Make sure each member is allowed to use the information and accounts you connect.
- Aaley is for business use by people aged 18 or older.
- Tell us promptly at gaber@aaley.ai if you believe your workspace has been accessed without permission.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect a Google, Slack, Zendesk, Freshdesk or other account, you authorise Aaley to access it as described on the connection screen and in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the service to you. You must have the right to connect each account and to let Aaley process the information in it. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes to their interfaces. You can disconnect an account at any time.
4. Review and approval of actions
Aaley does not change anything in a connected account unless a person with permission approves that exact action, including its target and content. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before approving them. Once approved, Aaley performs the action and checks the result, and records who approved it. If Aaley cannot confirm whether an action took effect, it tells you rather than repeating it.
5. AI output
Aaley uses AI models to produce answers, summaries and proposed actions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Aaley shows the evidence it used so you can check it. You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you approve based on Aaley’s output, and you should not rely on it as professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Aaley to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
- access accounts, systems or information you are not authorised to use;
- send spam, harass people or deceive others about who is sending a message;
- build a competing product, or copy, reverse-engineer or resell the service except as the law allows;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, probe its security without our written permission, or get around its usage limits or approval controls;
- process special-category or highly sensitive data, such as health or payment card data, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to the information you and your connected accounts provide (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you and as described in our Privacy Policy. Procedures and corrections your team teaches Aaley are used within your workspace only. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models shared with other customers.
When your workspace is closed, we delete or anonymise Customer Data within 30 days. Before closing, you can ask us at gaber@aaley.ai for an export of your Customer Data.
8. Price
Aaley is provided without charge during the launch period. We will publish pricing, and tell you in Aaley or by email, before any charge applies. Nothing will be charged unless you agree to it.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Aaley available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature you rely on, or a third-party provider withdraws an integration, we will try to tell you in advance.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
Aaley, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Aaley and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice first. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on data, liability and governing law, survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, Aaley is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from these terms. Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of the amount the Customer paid us for Aaley in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data you had no right to provide or from your breach of the acceptable-use rules, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law and disputes
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at gaber@aaley.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. The governing law and courts for these terms will be stated here when the operating company is registered. Until then, nothing in these terms removes protections you have under the mandatory law of your country.
16. General
- We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in Aaley or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Aaley after that means you accept the change.
- You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver.
- These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about Aaley.
